A sad but yet joyous story. You might like to read my novel”A Halo of Strawberries”:

It has a grandfather and an abortion story.

How did I miss this news? She was my hero growing up! But seriously, praying for you as you continue in your journey Melissa–you are so strong and you are raising an even stronger woman!!

God bless you Melissa. I just discovered that you exist today when someone posted a link on my FB page of your ad that ran in Missouri during Obama’s speach last night. I want you to know that I will add you to my prayer list and will pray that one day you will get to meet your sister and other members of your family. I would love to meet you one day. I am pro-life and trying to change the minds of my liberal Democrat friends here in Hawaii by making posts like yours on my FB page, knowing that they will see them. Your story makes me cry -it’s a sad cry but also a joyful cry because God chose to save you.
